A Word from Sylvie

This project was born from my own journey, from my search for a solution to chronic stress and hormonal imbalances . I am, in fact, my first client; I wanted a world that would take care of me holistically, from the inside out, and that would support me with gentleness, awareness, and authenticity.

Chronic stress: a universal problem

Stress is a normal biological response of the body, but when it becomes prolonged , it can lead to consequences for physical and mental health.

📊 A statistical reality

  • 59% of French people report being stressed in 2025, an increase compared to previous years, with particularly high levels among women and young adults. (Ramsaysante Foundation)
  • 61% of working people experience regular stress at work , at least once a week. adp
  • 12.5% of adults experience significant anxiety , with a prevalence three times higher in women than in men. beh.santepubliquefrance
  • According to surveys, nearly 9 out of 10 French people have experienced stress at some point in their lives , and stress has been identified as a frequent disruptor of daily life. (Laboratoire Lescuyer)

🧬 Concrete consequences for health

Science shows that prolonged exposure to chronic stress is associated with an increased risk of developing or worsening:

  • cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, heart attack, stroke),
  • metabolic disorders (diabetes),
  • immune system disorders ,
  • anxiety and depressive disorders ,
  • systemic inflammation ,
  • Cognitive impairment linked to excess cortisol. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

⚠️ A global impact, disproportionate among women

Women generally report higher levels of perceived stress and have significantly higher prevalences of anxiety disorders than men, highlighting the need for specific prevention and support approaches. beh.santepubliquefrance

This finding shows that chronic stress affects a large part of the population, and that a preventive approach is more important than ever.

  • maladies cardiovasculaires (hypertension, infarctus, AVC),

A new generation of products that regulate without being abrupt.

We don't fight stress, we help the body adapt to it. Our approach is based on the synergy between science, medicinal plants, and targeted micronutrients.

✧ Why are adaptogens at the heart of our formulas?

Because they have a unique ability:

👉 Reduce the negative effects of stress, without blocking vital functions.

Adaptogenic plants strengthen the body's resilience while respecting its biological intelligence. They don't silence warning signals; they help the body respond to them in a more stable and fluid way.

Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Shatavari, Reishi, Maca, Schisandra…

Each plant is chosen for its ability to support a specific function (nervous system, hormones, energy, mood…).

✧ A different approach to classic "boosters"

Most anti-fatigue products work by stimulating , often at the cost of a rebound effect or long-term exhaustion .

Our adaptogens do the opposite:

✅ They regulate ,
✅ They calm without making you sleepy ,
✅ They provide support without over-activating.

It is a sustainable, preventative approach, without addiction.

✧ Nutrients to strengthen the terrain

In addition, we have selected highly bioavailable active ingredients to enhance the effects of the plants:

  • Magnesium (in bioavailable forms) → nerve and muscle regulation
  • Vitamin D3 → immune balance, mood, energy
  • Zinc, B6, Iron → hormonal support, metabolism, mental clarity
  • and many more...

✧ The Revnchi Promise

We are committed to offering you carefully crafted formulas. Traceable ingredients, dosed for their real effectiveness, without any unnecessary additives, excesses, or "trendy" ingredients just for aesthetic purposes.

We dream of a world where taking care of oneself is no longer a luxury, nor an emergency.

We want to talk about stress before it causes damage, about mental load before it explodes, about hormonal fatigue before it becomes the norm. And above all, we want to do it together.

It's a community project on a human scale. A movement that begins in a treatment... but extends to talking circles, shared rituals, interventions in companies, sensory retreats, moments to finally breathe.

We can already picture our bottles in the bags of busy women, exhausted mothers, young people searching for meaning, men who want to understand their bodies, and team leaders tired of running around. We envision Revnchi spaces in schools, coworking spaces, festivals, businesses, and villages. We imagine a future where we no longer wait until we're completely worn out to listen to what our bodies have been whispering for months.

Revnchi is that energy, lucid but full of hope , rooted but turned towards tomorrow.

And this is just the beginning.

Sylvie is the founder of Revnchi ,

A French brand of food supplements founded with the aim of addressing invisible imbalances before they become visible.

At 31, she received a brutal diagnosis: stress-related cardiomyopathy , also known as broken heart syndrome .

This is a warning sign of a body that has been overloaded for years, with chronic stress, nervous fatigue, hormonal instability, and severe anemia that has never been resolved despite conventional approaches.

Faced with the lack of a lasting response, she decides to understand what happens in the body before the symptoms appear, where it all begins.

She trained in nutrition, micronutrition, herbal medicine, and the biology of stress . She became interested in the role of the nervous system, the adrenal glands, hormonal cycles, and their interactions. Very quickly, she realized one thing: imbalances don't begin the day we feel them. They take root in what we can't see: inflammation, latent deficiencies, commonplace hormonal imbalances, prolonged stress...

Revnchi was born from this realization.

Designed to support women (and soon all profiles) in their fundamental balance, by working on the real causes not just the symptoms .

Thanks to a precise selection of adaptogenic actives, functional plants and targeted nutrients, Revnchi offers a new way to support the body naturally, sustainably and intelligently.

Quality and Safety

The quality and safety of our products are our top priorities. We collaborate with a rigorously selected dietary supplement laboratory that adheres to the strictest European standards. Every stage of manufacturing is ISO, GMP, and HACCP certified, guaranteeing safe, pure, and reliable products.

After each production run, thorough analyses are carried out to verify the composition and the absence of undesirable allergens, in accordance with European Pharmacopoeia standards. No compromises are made on the quality of the ingredients or the manufacturing process, ensuring that every supplement we offer reflects our high standards and commitment to your well-being.

Let us never forget that...

Taking care of oneself is not a trend but a necessity, especially for women whose bodies are intimately linked to cycles, hormones and emotional burdens.
