France: 2 to 4 working days

What are the delivery costs?

They are automatically calculated upon validation of the basket, based on weight and destination. Free delivery for purchases over €45 (Metropolitan France).

How do I track my order?

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

My order is “pending”, what should I do?

If your order appears “pending” for more than 24 hours, contact our customer service: we will respond within 24 working hours.

Can I return a product?

Yes ✅ You have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product to us.

How to make a return?
